They are gas bubbles from zinc rot. Spent it quickly!

I agree with LincolnGuy, They are called occluded gas bubbles or plating bubbles. I don't see any zinc rot on the coin yet, but, it will likely have some if one of them pops in the future. These bubbles are very common on post 1982 cents.
