It is similar to this doubled three in the date. (Except this is a proof cent)

Yes, most of the doubling varieties are minor to moderate. The biggies like the 1955 and 1972 double die varieties get lots of recognition - deservedly so. But there are tons of 'smalls' out there that can really add up. And they are fun to look for. I hope you'll enjoy finding a few. Good luck!
