I'm interested in purchasing this:

1896-Newfoundland-20-Cent-ID?
1896-Newfoundland-20-Cent-ID?

Seller says Large 96 but I'm seeing a Small 96 and Obverse #2?

Is he right?

Can't tell from those pics.
Well rounded homo sapiens forehead = OBV1
Sloping neanderthal forehead = OBV2
Tops and bottoms of 9 & 6 quite even = small
Tops of 6 higher and bottom of 9 lower = large
Hope this helps.

Yes, I know the pics are pretty low quality scans. The seller refuses to get me close-ups saying it's not worth his time (Large Volume seller so maybe it's true). I'm just looking for an educated guess from anybody. I can tell it's an Obverse 2 but that doesn't make a big difference on value. Telling between a large and small 96 is fundamental though. I already have the 1896 Small 96 in F-15 anyway. Thanks for your help.
