EF-45 and I don't think this would get a details grade.

EF-45 details. There is no guessing what the TPG's would and wouldn't do...

EF-40. I don't think that's graffiti. Just a scratch. It may grade problem free, I'd say about a 30% chance of getting a details designation. The scratch is definitely distracting though and would take a toll on the coin's value.

Very deceptive strike. Note the extreme drawing of the stars towards the edge - the obverse die was in a very advanced state of use, yet aside the clasp, it's showing excellent detail. Note also the very flat spots at the eyebrow and very tops of the wings. These are strike and not wear.

I have this one at AU50 Details. More visible in the full-face images than the detail, that appears to be an "L" shape carved into the field and chances are a TPG would Detail it for that reason.

Not sure I would.
