Hi everyone,
This one has me confused! Too bad it's worn so much. Looking at IGWT,EYE,DATE,D. Machine Doubling maybe? Possible RPM? I checked cc's site, only 1 picture. Kind of interesting anyway!
Any idea's?

Machine doubling.

When you see flat doubling and all of it in the same direction, then it's pretty definite.

Yep, Mechanical Doubling. The mintmark being damaged the way it is is a giveaway too.
