EF details, cleaned. I'm not sure exactly about the value, but the cleaning will reduce it significantly. The black areas are just carbon spots.

Barbers seem to me to have a strict grading scale. Not just the dimes but the quarters and halves.
The carbon spot will hurt. As for a grade, lets see what the other members have to say.
