It has a club top 2 that makes it N-10,11,12,13, or 14.

On 12 and 13 the point of the leaf below the second E is well part the right side so those are out.
On 14 the POL is below the center of the S so that one is out.
On N-10 star 6 points DIRECTLY at the point of the coronet. On 11 it points slightly to the left of the point. it looks to me like you have a N-11.
