bottom pic should be rotated 90° with the little cross on the rim at top.
Then you can read clockwise : HONOR REGIS IVDICIVM DILIGIT
(the honor of the king loves judgment)
It could be a coin of Charles II of Anjou
coin : 24mm? approx 4grams?
