What I know about Bononia:
Nearly all of the papal coins have the tekst : BONONIA DOCET
Bononia, a maritime town of Gallia Belgiea, now called Boulogue-surmer (Picardy). According to Peutinger's table or map, its more ancients name was Gessoriacum, by which, however, historiens do not mention it, till the time of Constantine the Great. Their testimonies are given by Cellarius. But the most trustworthy record (says eckhel, viii 110), is that adduced from some anonymous biographer of Constantius Magnus, by D'Anville. "Hastening towards his father (Contantius Chlorus), he arrived at Bononia, which the Gauls used to formerly call Gessoriacum." It was a place of great importance in a military point of view, bacause the transit thence to Britain across the straits is very short. According to Suetonius it was from this place that the emperor Claudius passed over into Britain,

But this coin has crossed keys, so it may be papal.
I am browsing some books, hoping to find this coin.

I did not find anything.
May be it is a kind of medal.
Is it real? I do not know.
The writing is not mediëval. 17th or 18th century.
I see a bow and Arrow at the bottom, and the keys, I think they are scepters.
I enhanced the pictures, maybe someone else can find more about it?

Thanks for your interest Petrus, this is a new picture taken tonight, hard for me not to see them as keys tbh - I was pretty close on the guess, it is between 15 and 15.5 mm

It is not a bow!
Look at this link, maybe you will find the exact picture of the coin.
If you find the pope that has this symbol, it will be easy to identify the coin.

Does this not looks very much like your coin?
