He said he can sell them in Quebec for $1000.

I wouldn't have offered much more than bullion value. Circulated Canadian silver dollars from 57-67 are not even
listed in the two Canadian coin catalogues I have. There were millions made and just too many of them out there.

Lol, then he should go to Quebec to sell them for 10X the price here, what a liar.

I would've offered less than $110! Those are common dates and circulated. It's only until the early to mid-1950s that silver dollars get valuable in F-VF. $110 is way too much. Did you end up buying them?

(Me)The 58 I would offer $20. It's a high mintage for $1 over 3 million made. The 61/64/65 I would go $25 each. ebay is asking in the same region.
(Him)You will have to buy then on ebay because at those price. I shall sell then in Quebec thanks
(Me)What would you want for the 4 ...58,61,64,65
(Him) $1000

We meet these characters on a weekly basis. Best way to rid your self of a "gentleman" like this is say " here are our coins, they are yours for $200, you could easily make $800 profit!" The clown flies away quicker than a flying Loonie ! LOL

I saw a listing on Kijiji for 5 1954 2$ in AU condition with 3 being consecutive order and another pair also being consecutive.
Guess what he wants for all five? And they're the modified series.
