Hi,
I recently got this from a local coin store and I am wondering what is it's value and metal content?
Any help is appreciated.

These coins were never issued for circulation, actually these are medals struck for sale to tourists in italy. They are not official and they are probably in no catalogue. None of these I have ever seen is made of silver or silver plated. The engraving seems to be very poor, which is typical for such souvenir pieces. They are still collectable, but I would not expect them to jump in value much as they are souvenirs without identified mint, engraver or authority which has issued/created them.
