Word on here is that Barbers just were not hoarded in mint state like other coins. That is why they are hard to find. I agree that 1913-1915 are scarcer than people think and they are under-valued. I have a 1913 in a low grade and I hang on to it for that reason. Fortunately I got it in a lot of 12 at $11 something a piece.
