If you paid $120 you most likely bought a mintmarkless bullion coin with the shiny prooflike uncirculated finish. You didn't show the obverse of the coin, but I'm 99.9% certain that's what it is. The 69s and 70s in those price ranges are the vapor blasted collector coins with a "P" mintmark that the Mint sold originally for $154.95 and up, the bullion coins are sold to Authorized Purchasers in monster boxes who in turn sell to the public at spot + a small mark up. $500 for ANY MS70 slabbed bullion
ATB would be an absolute steal, btw. The two finishes are distinctly different as well as the mintmark or lack of thereof. Just wanted to clarify since you seem new to the pucks, and this confusion between the two has started from day one.
