qbvbsite Pillar of the Community Canada 849 Posts	Posted 07/25/2014 3:53 pm Hey, I was wondering if anyone else is having trouble getting responses from emails sent to them? It seems that it's taking them more and more time to respond over the past year or two. I used to get responses the same day and now I sent them an email 4 days ago and am still waiting for a response :(. kuh_85 Pillar of the Community Canada 2366 Posts	Posted 07/25/2014 7:41 pm Our last couple of purchases from them were through ebay and we got responses to questions the same or next day (depending on whether they were sent after hours or not).
