Most of all I like about this coin is the hair being double with Cud.

Is there any added value for this coin?

Could be due to a worn die. The L in AUSTRALIA also looks a bit different to me. Can't say I've seen it on a 1999 before, but it is known on a few other years, so anything's possible.
