Now that I look at the 1 more I don't think it matches the VAM 3 description, it could just be more Machine Doubling.

Yes I made that comment in his previous thread. Machine Doubling and some die erosion.

7TF it would be an easier feat if there were nicely detailed full obverse & reverse pics. Could be a couple of 86 VAMS. Your call of V3 might be spot on.
