Pictures a little blurry, and would probably do better in the modern grading forum....but I'll estimate MS62 for now.

MS64 or better. Maybe an acetone soak might remove the obverse fingerprint if it (the finger print) is relatively fresh. Nice LWC!

If I soak in acetone would the coin be considered cleaned
