A Nice Higher-Grade Seated quarter I just got. What do you grade?

Hello,

I am truly not a very good grader in MS-type coins especially when it appears that the coin is void of any luster.

Anyhow, with the fear that my guess could be totally in left field, I'll guess a 61.

b/t/w is there anyway to lighten up the obverse to show more detail?

Sorry, guys, there is a bunch of luster on this coin, look around the edges of the obverse, the angle of the pictures just makes it look like this. These are the sellers pics by the way as I don't have the coin in hand. Seller says this coin was inherited from a relative who's had it sitting in an old album for decades, however true (or untrue) the story, it does have the smooth beige patina that Album coins sometimes develop.

Ditto that. Are they cracks in the holder or die cracks?

I'm in at AU55 minimum. I can't tell if it's MS from the photos.

I believe those are scratches on the holder, die cracks as substantial as those would definitely have been attributed on the holder.

Not really sure from the small sized photos, but I don't see wear, so I'll go MS62 and a MS63 won't surprise me either.

Whatever the assigned grade, a very nice coin, and a Civil War date.
