I found this penny with multiple errors. Canada and the date is doubled. The left wing tip is double (visible at 30x). Finally the Queens face is doubled. Any ideas on grade and value.

I would keep it for the doubling under the date. I have a few similar ones. not much value though. cheers

From the beads, it looks like a die shift under the date, I'm not sure about the queen because it's a little blurry.
