Is This Authentic? 1732 Silver Pillar Dollar

Presumably as a part of some kind of "Colonial coins that circulated in Canada" set. In this very old post from Swamperbob, he found a pseudo-cut half dollar from the same "set". Alas, the pictures have expired long ago, but as I recall, the half had the English-and-French inscription on the back exactly as Swamperbob described.
