No, this one is actually Constantius II. Constantius Gallus was never emperor so you would not see AVG on his coins. His coins would end in NOB C or NOB CAES.

besides the wrong obverse legend, Gallus is always depicted bare-headed, unlike your coin which is laureate.

More accurately "pearl diademed".
Nice little Constsntius II. The reverse depicts a soldier (possibly the emperor) 'shafting' a fallen barbarian horsemen.
While some earlier emperors were definitely warriors Constantius II almost certainly was not. This type of reverse while definitely a 'military' type is really a propaganda reverse intended to convince the citizens "we are winning !"
