HI

I traded this from the till at work, I couldn't tell for sure but it definitely seems funny to me. the faces appear look like the older silver clads I've gathered but this one is more recent than a knew they produced them. Also its too light. I've weighed along with several others from the same time, they all come out too 5.7 or 5.6 on the cheapy scale a have but this one weighs 5.2.
(pics to come shortly have camera to comptuer dificulties

Hi Scotty Butcher and to CCF

Hard to say without photos but most likely the coin was struck on a planchet made out of rolled-thin stock or possibly struck on a foreign planchet?

pictures next to same coin with also showing the edge of the coins as well.

Hopefully a expert will chime in once you got some photos added
