is anyone familiar with this coin:
1/2 dollar Gold 1898 Manitoba
any help would be great,like what it is worth etc and how rare it is.
AND, is it a real coin?

I belive it to be a gold token or fantasy piece struck in the mid 20th century. It is not a real coin but it is real gold, and from the pictures it's tough to estimate a value but anywhere from $100-$250 depending on condition.

Others might be able to flesh out more and maybe get you a more accurate value.
