Here is a 1986 American Silver Eagle ( ASE) which has been slabbed and graded by ANACS. What grade did they assign this ASE?

Take Care

Are the marks in the fields on the reverse on the holder. At 3 and 9 o'clock? Also the dot right above the sun on the obverse? I truly have no idea how they grade these things when they get this high....If those are marks on the holder, I'd be curious as to what would keep it from the 68 and 69 level
