I realize it'll be hard to tell from photos, & since it has to be PF70 DCAM to be worth TPG, I'll probably just end up selling as is on ebay. I bought this new from the US Mint along with a set of State Quarters. I was going to send the SBA & the quarters in for TPG but for some reason, never got around to it....

The dust & spots are on the outer plastic case.

Field looks black because I have a black felt board around the camera lens.

If not an PF70, I would think it would be worth more in the OGP.

Didn't these come in a little clam shell box ?

Honestly, I'd try it, a 69 would probably pay for the grading fee. I would say it's a sure 69 if not 70.

I wouldn't bother trying to get it graded. Whats the BEST case scenario if it grades 70? You sell it for $80-90 max? Depending on if you are a member with PCGS/NGC or not, and if you were to sell it on ebay grading fees/ebay fees you would probably break even. If it grades a 69, then you lose money. I'm not a gambling man, but if I was I would need better odds than that.

Yep, it stays in the nice plastic clamshell with the COA, but easier to photograph it out of the clamshell.

LincolnGuy, that's kind of what I'm already thinking, but I've seen some of these in person graded as PF69DCAM & they've got me wondering....

I would just sell as is. It is probably really hard to sell a 70 even if you get it. Most probably buy these for there SBA Dansco or whatever and would not care about TPG. I know the only reason why I have one is for my Dansco, I wanted the OGP, but ended up getting one from an awesome guy for 10bucks so couldn't pass on that.
