I picked one up, it's on the way, I just got it because of the price and free shipping. Anyone like the series ?

I used to love the series, now I despise it after I found out that banks won't even take them for face anymore, I still like the $20 for $20's more than most other RCM Series' ofcourse. I still have 7 of the first 10 issues and dealers won't even take them for face.

They're a nice value and a nice collectors piece but I'll just warn you that if you do ever want to get rid of them, it'll be hard.

I used to be a rabid collector when they first came out, but I wised up and saw the writing on the wall and sold my collection for close to what I had inti it. Just another lesson learned. When you are new to stacking you learn many lessons, just so the cost isn't to high.

I bought a bunch.. they're a cheap gift and remind me of the summer fun I spent with my kids and nephews.. I have heard you can redeem them at the banks there may be some paperwork.. it was in another thread... I live in winnipeg and a rep from the mint told me you could also use them good as cash on their product.. so if I accumulate enough of 'em I'll just buy some gold ...
