OcalaFlorida Pillar of the Community United States 2824 Posts	Posted 08/06/2014 8:37 pm 1943-D War Jefferson nickel DDO + Overdate 1943/2 I got this one off ebay from a trusted seller I have bought a few errors from in the past. I believe this to be correct and if not a placeholder till I get a better example that is not vlds. I also know there is also a die gouge with similar effect so hard to tell on anything below au. But doing a overlay it matches up exactly and thickness of letters is correct for the DDO that the die gouge one would not have plus the gouge I believe is not that simular in location. The angle for the 2 looks correct. The horizontal for the 2 doesn't show. I guess determining the location of the mint mark might help?
