Looks like Machine Doubling to me. Notice how the doubling looks flat, and how it seems to take away parts of the numbers.

Both of the above. Pretty common to see LDS or VLDS coins for this year.

Note the arrows. They point to where you see die flow coming off the date. VLDS coin. common on nickels as the 25% nickel makes the planchets wear the dies quicker. Spendable unless you want an example of a VLDS coin.
