I spent some time talking to Ian and Raeleen of GC at the ANA show this afternoon. They are just really nice people...

I had grumped at them [actually at their computer program] a couple weeks back over not having what I was looking for. And what did Ian do? Replied with a quick note "what are you looking for?" and when I replied he added them to my account's watch list. Anybody who can turn grumpy into good customer service is A+ in my book.
