I think they are all manufactured/fake minus the last one which is just a scratch and not a Major error as described

The first one looks like two coins were glued together. It is hard to tell from the pictures as I can't day for sure if the Queen's image is raised or not. I like to think that I am wrong as this coin is from a reputable dealer (from what I hear anyway).

The fourth one looks like it was ground down.

The last one is from a known scam artist, and looks like a nickel with a scratch on it deep enough to show the copper plating beneath the nickel.

Third coin is an authentic error ! I would need the first coin in hand to verify and the others are not errors.
