I got this in today and the seller says it is uncirculated.

When dealing with "UNC" banknotes, I always put it to the light to check for any wrinkles.

Everything looks fine to me: sharp corners, no stains.

Does that small wrinkle drop it to AU or can it still be in the UNC range?

It looks UNC to me. When it comes to world banknotes it is very difficult to have Gem UNC.

To a world note collector using the IBNS grading standards, it is AU.

A US TPG would probably grade it in the 60s.

Thank you all for your comments.

I found this site and they are a major US based TPG. I think it will go for UNC as long there are no folds, but what I circled in red can be considered as a handling mark.
