Please Help Grade A 1935 Canadian Silver Dollar?

It has been possibly polished or dipped. If it was not for that, I would grade it at MS64 Report this Post to the Staff

I don't know when it would have been polished- my dad got it from his store as a form of payment more than 50 years ago. I guess people always did things to coins. Sorry I'm not good at taking a picture but it is so shiny it's like taking a picture of a mirror. Thanks again I just remembered dad had it wrapped in saran wrap, I wonder if that could have coated the coin. When I found it was sticky so I did wash it with soapy water and tried to be careful.
