What do you think these coins graded? I'm looking into buying one of these coins. These are all dealer images and all are certified by TPG's. Then I want to know which one you would buy regardless of grade or cost. Maybe 1884 O #1. I would have said the 1882 S if the reverse was PL. I'm still in the hunt for a righteous 1882-S PL.

The face on the 1884 O is a little rough but those pictures suggest some serious contrast. Ya gotta love proof like Morgans so I'll go with that one. Happy choosing.

I prefer the 1st 1884 O NGC. Tough choice.

I really like the the first 1884-O the best, I had a few New Orleans Morgans that were in the burglary I went through in the early 1980's that if in TPGs today might grade MS66 to MS68 all as Cameoed as this one. Love to see a New Orleans dollar with a good strike and heavy cameo look!

MS-63 DMPL MS-64 PL MS-64 PL MS-64 (would get a star at NGC today) MS-64 DMPL MS-63 DMPL MS-64 DMPL
I think I like the first 1884-O the best followed by the 1887.

Worth noting, older slabs are more lenient with the PL/DMPL designation, I don't think the '80-S, possibly the '81-S, and definitely the '82-S would meet the more strict guidelines for PL today.

Okay, since there seems to be no one else responding, I'll reveal the grades.
All were graded MS-64 PL and are all for sale for $115. Agree? Disagree? Overgraded? Undergraded?

I'm sure some have better mirrors than others and a couple look more like 63s but I could see any and all at 64PL. Certainly a little cherry-picking could land you a strong 64PL for which $115 sounds cheap.

I still stand on what I said above as far as picks. I would, however, be tempted to go for the 1882-S for $115 for the simple fact I lack this date in my 78-82-S 64PL run set.

If you buy the '84-O I will give you a quick profit on it.
