My Daughter and her Husband just returned from teaching English in Budapest for a year. Last month they spent a week in the Ukraine (the safe western portion) and picked up these notes for me. Their only explanation is that they were pretty and I could frame them - they are very delicate

Russian Empire, late 1900s or (more likely) early 1910s, pre-revolutionary type (six-digit serial numbers).
Denomination is 5, 3 and 10 rubles respectively.
Not very valuable as far as I know, unfortunately.

I have a collection of imperial russia notes.
Its before USSR (CCCP) breakage
and before its formations. not very valuable.
may grow in price tough.
