This is the closest that I have been able to find:-

The dragons are there in the illustration but the Japanese characters are slightly different.

Thank you! Your link helped me to find out the currency named "shu", and I found out a very similar note on ebay:

Is it really made of leather or is it just a very worn card stock paper. The Hansatsu notes of Japan are made on card stock paper and when very worn might have an odd feel.
