Unfortunately, that is just Machine Doubling. It's easiest to see on his profile, where it is flat and shelf-like, which is a sure sign of MD. This coin looks almost exactly like one I had found years ago and was convinced was a doubled die. However, after further review and the knowledge I have gained from this website, I realized it was just MD. Keep looking though, the big 1984 doubled dies are still out there!
