The Cook Islands have in the past used several mints, including the Franklin Mint, The Royal Mint (Britain) and the Royal Australian Mint.

The only mint in Germany that has made coins (or rather "coins") for all of these four would be Mayer Mint in Pforzheim and Karlsfeld. The web site is here http://www.mayermint.com/ but it seems outdated to me ...

Bill Clinton was one of the most influential Presidents in all of history. He was an extreme motivator who made a reputation for making things happen. Some Presidents retire after their Presidency, choosing to relax and think about the legacy they have left after a lifetime of work. But not Bill Clinton. Since his Presidency, he has focused on philanthropy on a worldly level, placing his attention to world issues such as ending poverty, reconciling religious differences, and protecting the environment. His goodwill actions were recently exhibited to the entire world when he took a whirl-wind seven-country tour of Africa in 2006 to visit and establish hospitals in the global fight against HIV/AIDS. This historic trip is now documented forever in a unique gold and silver commemorative coin made by Panda America. This coin showcases all of the African countries President Clinton visited and is minted in the highest detailed quality possible. President Clinton's profile is strongly portrayed on the coin, as is his work in the hospitals of Africa. This collectable, commemorative coin is a prime example of an unyielding commitment to craftsmanship and comes in a high quality presentation box. Presidential coins are extremely popular, and the "Clinton Visits Africa" coin is sure to be no exception! This beautiful Proof coin has a precious metal content of 1 Kilo of Silver with an extremely low mintage of only 500 coins made!
