I don't have significant talent when it comes to grading coins, but I'll take a shot at it and call all four around the G4 to G-VG6 area.
The lack of bands on the reverse and wearing of the edges holds them back from (what I think) are higher grades.

If I am off target I apologize and would have no problem with feedback from more experienced viewers.

I am going to have to read how to grade these. Are you talking about the bands on the pole on the reverse? The second one in the group of three has bands the two on each side have part of the bands.

I would say the first three are VG and the last one is VG details.

Let me take a crack I just read some stuff on how to grade them. Obviously they are different grades.
1923-G4
1837 (far right) VG-08
1838 (middle) F-15-VF20
1839 (far left) VG-10/F-12

The first 3, VG. The last looks to have environmental damage - no grade.
