This one looks right except I cannot pick up all the markers listed in coppercoins. The doubling looks clear and correct; I can pick up the markers between the E and S in States but I cannot see the other die scratches; not sure if they arent there, I cant see them or the coin is too warn. Any opinions? Thanks!

Sometimes it's not a matter of finding them or not. Usually the later state a die becomes, some of these markers disappear as the mint strikes away with the same set of dies. It is a 003 from what I can see. Great find!
