Came across these two coins from the same seller on ebay. What do think?
100% vise job. doesn't give the seller much credibility if he doesn't know what they are

This seller lists many, many, many coins on ebay. The seller is likely not knowledgeable in the error field and just lists anything that could possibly resemble an error.

He's been selling coins on ebay for 15 years and he's hasn't picked up just a little bit of knowledge on error's? either way some buyers are going to be very disappointed

I was watching that auction... because I have bought few items from that seller in past.. but it looked like vise job to me.. I doubt he makes them.. just lists whatever he gets

To me, it looks like the obverse and reverse clashes are at different rotations. The reverse has the ghost of the bust straight up and down with the memorial building, the obverse ghost is rotated.
