9-20-19 and 10-19-11 in the PCGS lowball pops of 1-2-3 for each of these, respectively... Probably not worth that much over melt, maybe $25.

Imagine who held and spend those coins, a young man spoiling his girlfriend, a state leader? They have a lifetime of history

Why not use it as a pocket piece.

Could carry a small premium for someone putting together a lowball set.

They're both in the AG03 range at best. Dealers (whether coin or pawn shops) in my area would pay $15 at most for each, and typically retail such in the $20 range. If silver takes a jump up, so would those numbers.

with silver under 20.00 oz, I would expect these would go for around 17 or 18 a piece, only because they are morgans. I agree with the AG 3 grade.

I also agree with 3 and 2. I like them . Problem free Morgans are always in demand and these would probably retail for a bit over 20$ while a dealer would buy them off you for 17-18$.
