The crown looks mushy, but I'd attribute that to strike quality, since wear should not appear in that area (I should think) until the ear and higher areas of the clothing appear worn. Those spots to not seem to show wear. The very highest points of the reverse show a little flatness, but that is consistent enough to attribute to strike also. I'm guessing (not knowing the issue) that the lettering on the reverse would be an early indicator of wear.
I agree with Richard that this is an Uncirculated coin. If I'm learning international grading standards correctly, strike quality becomes a factor in grading at a much lower grade than in the U.S. style, so this coin would probably grade bUnc (barely Uncirculated
). In the U.S., I'm thinking Richard has the grade correct. ACGS called it 65 or 66.
