Thanks for the link John1, I neglected to look there. Been an e-sylum subscriber for a few years now, it's the best free coin-related newsletter out there IMO, no matter what your area of interest is, there's something for everyone every Sunday.

I bought a lot of nine retort notes last week and was wondering if they were indeed the third variety.

Hey DBM, didn't you say in a past post your father wasn't a Dief the Chief groupie? He must get a chuckle out of these. I have been trying to find a reasonable priced one for a wee bit now.

Rupp16 made a post the other day about how he found a joke "Nixon Penny" wile going through his uncle's old stuff. Both pieces are taking jabs at the devaluation of their countries currency. Does anyone else know of similar examples of this? It would be a fun distraction collection.
