It's hard for me to tell with the wear, and I'm still missing my Snow attribution guide, so I'm hoping one of you experts can help me out real quick

There looks to be doubling on the 57.

Thanks for any help!

S7 is the only rpd I can find to match it.

So it does match the S7?

I saw his kickstarter campaign.. unfortunately not something I can afford to give to at the moment or I'd be all over it.

Does not look like the S7 to me. The S1,S11 and S20 are also RPD's. I am a newbie to this series but does not look like any of them to me. PM DV Collector?

The RPD does look closest to the S7, but the S7 is also clashed with a $20 dollar gold coin, but I am not seeing any evidence of the clash on your coin. You coin also does not seem to have the Re-punching in the 8. I am not seeing anything else in the book that it resembles. You may have to send that one in for review.

It's so worn that I'm not sure you can see any clashing but I don't see thin denticles on the reverse from 2 to 6 either. The other rpd's don't even come close. Got me...

I suspect the lumps you see under the date are due to alloy mix issues--minor lamination defects.
There's a big one crossing the "7" to the rim. They are pretty common on '57 FEs.

I didn't even see the lumps.. was looking too hard at the right side of the last 2 digits. It's hard for me to tell from how worn it is.

lumps/streaks/raised areas--don't know what to call them. But I think I can see directional graining of the metal.
I had one of these in AU that threw me off too--several laminations running through the date, that peeled away slightly and looked like an RPD.
