The details at the center seem to be VF at best, but it looks as if some luster is evident [:?].

I'd say XF45, but I'm pretty much clueless on this one.

This is tricky for me because the details at the center of the obverse and on the eagle don't seem to match the detail level of other areas of the coin like the area above and around Liberty's eye and the shield.
I am clueless on this one, but I'd call it VF-XF details cleaned (?) struck from worn dies.
