I called ANACS, they have confirmed that James Taylor is the new ANACS president. Hope this isn't old news.

Just a couple of days

I think that this is a positive move on his part and that of Anacs.

I just wonder where ICG will end up.

I'm more interested in the effect this will have on ANACS. This could do great things for them! (Not that I'm biased or anything. )

Oh come on Susan, you jumped on that Anacs bandwagon a while back. Please hold on, as they may throw you off one day.

I hope that Mr. Taylor can help to improve a pretty good company. He is certainly a staple in the business, yet meets with collectors like an old friend. I wish him and Anacs the best of luck, and I will be keeping an eye on their products and services.

Number 1. They need bigger and better holders.
Number 2. KEEP the attribution side

AMEN National Dealer.

Number 3. Better customer service. You just can't keep a submitter's money for nearly 4 months until services are finally rendered. At the very minimum, email us with a submission and tracking number.

I wish James Taylor well. I would walk by and he would point and say, "Hey Ed, how goes it?" Pretty impressive with all of the people he deals with. Hopefully he can take that "gift" to ANACS with him.

There's no doubt he'll make ANACS better, and he does really seem to care about collectors and the hobby in general. I am excited about this move, because ANACS is also my choice of sevices. Anacs is going through quite a bit of change, and it seems all for the better. I'm sure all the slab and sevice suggestions won't fall on deaf ears, we just need to email him our thoughts.
