Cheek looks clean enough and I bet I could dip it well enough to get it into a 65 holder. OP, if you want to submit it, I can send it on my next shipment, I'll conserve it free of charge if I think it will benefit from it.

Cost for grading by piggybacking on one of my shipments to PCGS would be around $25-$27 per coin give or take a few bucks. That includes shipping back to you.
