Honorius is my guess, but which reverse type is going to be hard to pin point

Throw it in olive oil for an extended period, I bet something could be made of the reverse. Id guess Arcadius or Honorius by the legend, but the bust looks later to me.

Seller suggested Constantius II but the portrait does not look right. I thought I could see the letters TIVS PF AVG. Thanks guys, olive oil it is (and that is not like me)!

I thought I saw ending legend as RI US PF AVG

Portrait for me looks like Honorius or Arcadius, definitely not Constantius II though

Either Honorius or Arcadius, needs a bit more cleaning to be able to tell for sure.
