Your first coin is Valentinian I from the Siscia mint and the second one is Theodosius II can't quite make out the mint mark though.

The second coin is Theodosius I and the mintmark looks like SMN(A), if so it is from Nicomedia. It's hard to tell from the picture, but it could possibly be SMK(A) which would be Cyzicus.
