Hmm, hard to say if it's cleaned or not, most of these have been at some point but I don't see strong evidence of it, so even if it cleaned, it would just be a light wipe. Grade wide, it's in the XF Range.

Always hard to tell from a photo as opposed to in hand if a coin's been cleaned, but I don't see anything that sets off alarms. High XF to AU, I'd judge. Nice coin, I like it.
